For that task

Generous God,
look kindly at the Lenten offering we present to you,
and by this holy exchange deliver us
from the bonds of our sins.​

grant that, purified by Lenten penance,
we may come to the celebration of your Passover
cleansed of all sin
you who live and reign for ever and ever.

Return to the Father
​God always looking for you.
God waiting for you with love.

Our God,
through the sacraments,
you allow us to partake of the goods of your kingdom
already in our mortal life, direct us on the path of life,
that we may reach the light in which you dwell
with Mary and your saints.
